I know this is an old thread but the same thing happened to someone just today and I was able to help reading this. So, thank you so much. My question about the sticky problem is, wouldn't a script reset solve it?

Hi Helen. If you are looking for a bigger sample, I think you can talk to the admins of one or two of the help or building groups in-world and ask if they would send your message to their members. Also, on Facebook there are at least two Secondlife groups with a good number of people who, I've noticed, seem to every now and then discuss similar questions, so I have a feeling they would fill the survey for you
