Changed my proxy to nothing, and still, I cannot get it to work. SL HANDSHAKE FAILED when I open the browser.

Yes, I will be putting a new OS on this, my mouse has been auto clicking links randomly. I don't want them to get any more info so I will deff wipe it. I checked my firewall and it's still up and no threats detected so whoever it is either disabled it or is hiding it very well. I do not know how to fix this so hopefully Linden Labs can help me soon, before my balance is nothing.

Yes I changed my password. Still cannot get in, keep getting the access denied on secondlife.com webpage and the "something went wrong" on login. Idk what to do, I am so freaked out.

So I got banned because someone phished me? that is even worse. Here is the thing though, If I go to my friends house and logon I can get it but if I am home, it doesn't. So that to me is strange..

So, looks like they Ip banned me. Thank you for the info. I have messaged them and no response. Today I found out someone is taking money from my account so I post a message letting everyone know what to look for if they cannot log on. All I get is a vague message when I try to log, doesn't explain anything.

Hey, so second life, they banned my account by ip but I did not get any email? I am not sure why; I follow the rules and I do not grief. My avatar is still active and so is my marketplace, so I do not understand. I believe I may have been hacked as my Ebay, PayPal and other passwords have been compromised and I have sent evidence of this. Also someone is syphoning $ out of the account I cannot get to, strange coincidence huh? So if I send you a message, DO NOT OPEN IT! It could be a second life griefer/hacker. If they do not answer me I will probably take this to a higher Archy like BBB. What A sketchy game. I watch my balance go down everyday and nothing is being done about it. I will continue to let people know not to waste their money on this game, as I don't want others to be ripped off as well. Thank you for listening to my rant. ❤️ you guys! p.s. You will not get a banned message or an email explaining why you got kicked but you will get this notification when trying to logon several times a day Hope this helped someone

Someone is syphoning money out of my account as we speak, and I can do nothing about it as they kicked me off the system. Thank you for the info, I did not know I could Delete my store. Thank god, I am sick of getting ripped off.

So I just got banned from IMVU and haven't been on there in like 2 years, which means someone stole my passwords. Yikes.

Login failed, despite our best efforts we could not log you in, check forum, which I did but nothing logged as an error for May 16th. I have lands to pay for so if I cannot login they will be no more, and I will have angry tenants on my hands.

No, I do not owe any fees and I cannot login to undo my advertisements so if I am not in arrears yet, I will be. I filed a ticket but I no response yet. I got no email so theres no way to tell what the problem is. I can login to marketplace just fine though.

Also access is denied on all their websites except this one, can anyone help? I think someone is attacking my computer.. I never got an email either way about why I cannot login.

Yes, before you start yelling at me for no reason. I have called, I have messaged. Like 8 times. These people are not very nice. Either way i am done with it. No more sl for me.
