    My friend just created her SL account after I bugged her for ages to do so. She logged in with the Firestorm Viewer and the guidebook stays stuck no matter what she tries. She has followed all the steps outlined above, nothing works. If she logs in with the SecondLife viewer, she can detach the guidebook but if she logs out and back in with Firestorm, the guide is back.
