Thought I'd ask.. I have a homestead in Second Life that has my home, however it has more than enough prims and space for my uses... so I thought, why not just attempt to rent some unused spots out.. I'm not renting out to get any help with monthly costs (so def not disappearing anytime soon), as I been able to cover that myself, rather, would be nice to provide some space for other furries or such to call home too
I have 3 parcels available for rent, the land on the sim is shaped like a paw, so there are 3 empty beans πΎ each with a 1000 prim allowance and I got them priced at a cheap 1000/wk versus similar rentals at this allowance (usually around 1450-1750/wk), and the sim has community/shared water space between and always free to hang out at my place so we can chat or such
