SSP?

7 hours ago, Nika Talaj said:Could easily be. Though with the Christmas Expo happening so conveniently soon (Dec1-10th), it certainly would not be amazing were there to be a reveal then. Reveal regions are always fun. I know some years they've been the only reason why I've attended the Expo at all, and once I get there I always take a spin through some of the other Expo regions. If I were running the Expo, I would WANT a theme reveal there, every little boost to ACS traffic and commerce helps, I'm sure. Last year they revealed Sakura at the expo.
The Ranch theme was released June 26, which I believe was actually during SL20B celebrations. SLB events are not ACS sponsors, are they?
A few notes about the SSP zone:
- LL does have two random regions for the new theme which are not in the block of tile development: SSP4534X and SSP4532X (where someone is working right now). I've never noticed LL doing that before. One of them COULD be a reveal region. Or perhaps they're just working out some details of the landscaping.
- There is no current parcel in BelliDemo for a new theme, and LL would REALLY have to squeeze (as well as terraform quite a bit) to create a 2048 (or even a 1024) on the current BelliDemo land. It's probably more feasible to add more land in the north of the BelliDemo region, next to the current Ranch demo. The 2 SSP regions that became the Belli Hub are still up in the SSP area, so presumably they could just modify SSPDemo as they wish up there. [The LH area of the Welcome Hub DOES have a blank parcel for a new 2048 theme, "Coming Soon!"]
- At the same time that LL put up the scattered SSP fantasy regions they evidently used for treehouse model development (like SSP2532PT in the pic below), they put up a single region numbered the same as the original Newbrooke tiles, covered in black like Newbrooke, SSP3013PT. Were they considering a new Newbrooke model? I see no further movement in that direction.
This is where the 2048 empty parcel at the Belli Demo Area, is. Sign says more coming soon watch this space

As far as I am aware, a partial fix was implemented.
For an offline group invitation to work, you need to accept it within 24 hours of it being sent and you need to accept it at the same place that you log in to. That means, don't move when you log in, just accept the group invitation. If it is older than 24 hours, then it wont work! I think this applies to offline friend requests, too.
There is another topic somewhere in the forums and this information was provided by a Linden. I think I am remembering the answer correctly.

Thank you, thank you @Ardy Lay and @Rowan Amore
Yes that was unticked, so you sorted it for me. I didn't even know what that actually did, so I have learnt something too!

I used to be able to change the size of things and the texture did not then look wrong.
Yesterday, I tried to change the size of this carpet and the texture did not stay the same. I tried it with a rug and the same thing happened. I never had this problem before. I use Second Life Release 6.6.11.579154 (64bit).
Any advice would be appreciated, as I now have no clue how to successfully re-size.
I have attached 2 pics to better explain what is happening.
Thank you.

Yes I have noticed textures being slow to load. That is all textures, BoM, clothing, objects and avatars rezzing. It does seem to revolve around time of SL day, so when it is midnight and early hours of the morning, SL time, the issue seems worse.
I am using the LL Viewer, Second Life Release 6.6.11.579153 (64bit).

The basic 4 -- shape, skin, eyes, brow shape. Those always have to be worn and you can only ever wear one of them. So 'add' isn't really applicable.
However, in FIrestorm, in the inventory control (the gear), if you check the below options, then you can just double-click on the shape/skin/eye/brow that you want to replace with and it will do so. The double-click is really just saying to 'add' the item, but Firestorm is smart enough to know that for those 4 it must actually do a "replace".
Thanks, but I use the LL Viewer.

I think the exterior of the houses are fine. The internal furnishing points made here, are valid. It can be difficult to marry the interior furnishings to the overall design of the fantasy regions.
For me, I would live there if the coloured crystals and the big mushrooms were removed. The rest looks pretty good.

There is something I don't understand.
For me, I do always use add, when I don't select the wrong option! For some items, add is not an option. The only option is wear and sometimes, the only way to remove that item is by wearing a different one. So, for example, my brows shape only allows wear. I cannot remove it, I can only replace it with another brows shape. There are other examples.
If wear was removed, how will it work for those things I have, that only allows wear?

Since the deploy was causing damage to existing objects, I believe the rollback also reverted the sim state and not just reverting the simulator version.
If you manage to loose no-copy items due to having rezed them during the short window before the rollback, may want to contact support and see if they can do anything.
Thank you Kadah, but fortunately, they were copy items, so following the answer from @Alwin Alcott I just rezzed them again.
I knew there were updates going on, but, stupidly, I assumed I was living on a main region and not an RC region. There is no logic to my assumption, apart from thinking that residential regions are all main and not RC. Lesson learnt!

With the rollback that just happened, is it possible that items that had been newly rezzed, would then disappear? I rezzed some items yesterday, but they seem to have disappeared, when I logged in this morning. They are copy, so no problem there, but I am just trying to work out if it is just my viewer can't see them or the rollback actually caused them to disappear.
Thanks for any comments.

Remove "boobs" from your tags, and probably the description. Your other products have the same issue, where individual products are rated General, but the fatpack with "boobs" as a tag is marked Mature.
Just having "eBody, Reborn, Juicy" is close enough to get people finding your products. You can also add Reborn Juicy Boobs in the "works with" field without affecting your product's maturity rating, while making it visible when searching for "juicy AND boobs".
That is so funny. I was using words like that when I was 6 years old. Why would it ever need to be more than G rated?

Well, thanks a lot. Do you know how much L$ I just spent at Deadwool? Hmmm? A lot. I mean, really, just how much clothing does a guy need, after all?? And here you come into this thread telling everyone about another store with great clothing, and look at what I went and did....
No, it's not CZ_Slim in this picture. But really with a suit like this the only thing showing are the hands. I swapped out my own mesh body for the CZ_Slim and only the hands are slightly different.
(I'm kidding by the way and not at all annoyed. 😇)
I love that suit

Not sure what a "sex bubble" is! Are you referring to normal "platforms" people rez in the sky (with houses, panoramic builds, etc.) for additional privacy?
They are literally, transparent floating bubbles which are put out in gardens or over house rooves.

Would it be off topic, to have entries here, along the lines of, I'm just about to release a Linden Home, surrounded by hideously decorated other homes, so would someone take it for a while, so I don't get it allocated to me again, on the Linden Home Page and loose one of my 5 goes a day options?

So, I've been trying to get one of the newer houseboats, this weekend and today. Just getting discards in older regions. Really, all but the latest (where I'm stuck till tomorrow) have been decent locations. This is the first one that is the basic "slot" layout with houseboats very close on the right and left.
One thing I had forgotten is just how blatant many of the houseboat owners are about violating covenant and encroaching on their neighbors. I have already AR'ed three, in three different regions.
- Obnoxious, tall border images
- Structure encroaching on my parcel
- A Caspervend Terminal
I noticed that too. I already abandoned a few because of stuff people had put out. I don't have the patience to AR.
