Probably setting the pets without stats by default, and adding a 'Generate random stats" button for owners who want stats for their pet. What you reckon?

but you can 'try' to pick the correct 'winning' card. gacha doesnt. Gacha is just linden in, randm item out.

Unless you can include 'skill base' in gacha, I dont think so. Also if they did include skill to play, do you lose you turn if you fail? I think this part might still be up for debate tho. But this isnt the topic for that.

1) When you apply for a trailer home, you get a trailer home. The units are not allocated randomly or by chance. Also you have the option to shop around before deciding to move in.

Yes, but they sell chocolate and people buy for the chocolate. They did not put rarity on the toys, it is the collectors that are doing that, not the company.

When you buy a horse, your get the horse - it is not random. The random stats are generated AFTER you bought the horse. You did not (need to) pay to generate the random stats. But I can understand why you look at it from that PoV though.

Going around technicality, interesting. I suppose this is up for discussion and interpretation within LL and the regulations on loot boxes.

I believe your did have the right to agree/ disagree to abide by the TOS of LL when you sign up your account.

Many people cant afford luxurious watches and jewelries. Many thieves and criminals sell affordable stolen items. Does this mean everyone should start buying stolen items from their friendly local criminals now?
