  1. Dear Linden Lab,

We the residents of Second Life like bacon. Vegetarian options not allowed except waffles and tacos. Please, a pony would really neigh flamboyantly. Indeed, I bathe frequently in California. Glycerine soap isn't available.

    Regards, A.I.

    P.P.S. Oh!
    FYI: This!

Without that blog, nobody will care. Tomorrow things might improve slightly. Life is ... well, beautiful.
Timing makes a pudding delicious, so furries hear spoons jingling hypnotically in Ahern unless they poke spork into sensitive sexy mice. Whining solves pitchforks, but why and who, Caligula? Who and what mayonnaise does considerable light saltiness Twinkies.

Who gesturebated at llamas everyday? Drama! But love

  2. Hi

I am hosting two live singers at a roleplay sim tomorrow. I want to create an event, however I do not own a parcel at the sim where the event is scheduled.

This is because the event is at my bistro (which I am renting from sim owner) but is in the air and doesn't have a parcel.

I have spent a lot of money on these singers, and I would like to open the event to wider SL community. Please help :)

    Thanks

    Jennifer

  3. I've been informed recently that if I purchase a sim, the cost to move it to an existing region is 50,000 lindens

This seems really high. And I don't understand why they would charge 200USD for a simple move. What is the actual cost? 5 minutes of a Linden's time?

Extortionate, or am I way off base?

  4. Hi all,

I have several vehicles (ambulance, fire truck, police cruiser), and buildings (downtown building, a couple of onsu houses, etc.) that I bought for a sim I was starting.

As I am no longer involved in the sim, and have no use for these items, if anybody would like them (for free), please contact me inworld (katiapfurtscheller).

    Thanks,

    Jen

  5. My congratulations to Linden Labs on securing investment from JP Morgan. Undoubtedly, this is a vote of confidence in the Second Life virtual world. It should give us all confidence. Well done to Linden Labs management and staff for their hard work not just in this investment, but in creating a great platform for us all

  6. Hello all,

Can anyone provide a recommendation for sims that combine active roleplay with strong community?

I'm ideally looking for a sim where people get to know one another through voice chat.

I've considered New Haven, but it seems rather big and impersonal.

I really would appreciate your recommendations.

    Thanks,

    September.

  7. Hey folks,

Every since I have started renting parcels and sims in Second Life I notice that at least half a dozen times daily a bot turns up on my land.

What I find bizarre is that 90% of them are seven months old, which suggests they were created in May 2021. Almost every bot is seven months old.

The most chilling one is a person called Dead Jenny, which kind of freaks me out because my name is Jennifer.

Also, the bots never show up when I am on sim. Yesterday, I tested it - I logged off for 30 minutes and when I came back one seven month old bot had been ejected.

Any thoughts on what is going on here?

    Jen

  8. Make Cedarbrook Creek your winter haven from the trials and tribulations of life this Winter.

This up and coming sim is sure to be one of the hot destinations over the coming month, designed by Chris.Vortex and Anna.Starlight. The design and decoration of the sim is amazing. With a very careful eye to design and aesthetics,  the Blackwolfes have truly created a marvellous estate. The houses are large, beautifully landscaped Onsu designs with generous prim allowances and reasonable prices. The owner's attention to detail is legendary.

The sim boasts a medical centre, large fire station, modern police department, civil services depot, shops, arcades, diner, outdoor movie studio, and much much more.

At Cedarbrook Creek, you can expect a warm and loving community with a customer service-oriented management team. They are professional sim owners and managers, so if you are looking for a new home and community, I highly recommend Cedarbrook Creek.

Contact Chris.Vortex or Anna.Starlight inworld for landmark and opening date.

    Thanks, Jennifer

  9. Hi, I'm Jennifer.

I have land that I am not using anymore. I'm literally just logging in and standing on my land everyday.

I have two weeks remaining, and it is 3000+ prims.

Contact me if you would like the land (for free). I will transfer to the first person who contacts me.
