The only weird part is that is says they paid for the item... which they wouldn't have, if they never purchased it. *shrugs*

This is the response I got from my ticket: Thank you for contacting us to let us know that incomplete orders are showing up on your Marketplace Sales Order history. Under Construction orders happen when a user adds an item to their MKT Cart, but they haven't yet bought the item or removed the item from their cart. Since these orders are not completed, they are usually not visible in orders logs on the Marketplace. We have created an internal bug report for the Engineers so that they can fix the issue as quickly as possible. Kind Regards,

So you don't know what it is? I am guessing my customers ARE getting what they paid for, or my regulars would have contacted me. I can see that one person made two transactions on the same day. I have received payment from LL for one of those transactions but the one saying 'under construction' I have not.

Hi, I am looking through my transaction history in MP and I can see about 14 transactions that list 'under construction' under the 'status' column. It says the total order price but then it says the amount I received is zero. I can't find anything about 'under construction' status on google and I can't find a record of receiving payment for these items. If I click the order number, it takes me to the order summary page but its just empty. Am I owed some money from LL? What's the story here? Any help appreciated. Thanks Daisy

Are you sure? I tried this after reading that it worked for you and as soon as I transferred it to someone and they wrote on it and saved it so they could post it in the mailbox.. their name was in 'properties' as the owner.

Agh I am so embarrassed. I EVEN thought I tested that myself....but because I knew who did the test notecard, my brain just thought that his name was there. You're exactly right of course. If I could work out how to delete this thread I would, but I can't see a delete button anywhere. Thanks Rolig 🙂

Firstly, I know NOTHING about scripting but I am able to google and have managed to find a number of free scripts and use them in SL when I have needed to. But please don't reply in script talk, I really have no knowledge of it whatsoever. 🙂 I am setting up a mailbox and I would prefer that people drop notecards into it anonymously. I don't need their name, in fact I'd prefer not to have it. Does any one know if there is a way for this to happen? Is there a script to 'remove' the avi name when they place their notecard into my mailbox? Or a script I can offer them if they wish it lodge their notecard anonymously? My guess is that it isn't possible because it could lead to all sorts of dodgy behaviour.. but if there is a script for this already I'd appreciate any info. Thanks Daisy
