Hello,
I am seeking clarity on why some parcels you can purchase have no monthly tiers were as others that advertise as purchasable parcels with land ownership, etc but also have a weekly/monthly tier fee?
Thank you,

I went back and took more, 122 photos in the album in total and labeled to each house name.
I'll leave these house images up on my flickr for reference so people can go back and re-visualize their favorite Stilt home and plan for decorating. After they are released the majority of these images I'll be removing from my own flickr.
I will go back and take a look. They are really pretty pics!

I think you are right! I miscounted. And so a question. Do I have to wait 24 hours from the time I got the notice or from the first release? I wonder.
If you have a 2nd Avi perhaps you can still do some house hunting. Just a thought.

1024 comes free of monthly charges from Linden anything after you must pay whats called tier. so 1 property will go free to you as far as being charged monthly by Linden the other you will have to pay Linden Labs monthly for. but since it is only a 1024 as well i do not think it is very much at all.
You are correct. I checked my account and the extra 1024 will cost me $7 per month. Which isn't bad at all! I think 2048 is perfect to play with and see what I can do with the parcels. One home is on stiltz which I was waiting patiently for Linden Labs to drop that under Bellessaria. Now I don't have to.
Thank you again and good luck on your other sale(s)!

I have a question. Do I have to keep my Premium membership to own the 2 parcels? Sorry as I said I am new to the owning land, etc.

It's quite nice, have had it a while but alas, another I haven't had to time for and it's similar to something else I have.
Letting it go in a few at 2:10pm SLT

You purchase the parcel and then depending on the size there is a cost. Here is a link to help you . The benefit to purchasing is the ability to resell it when you want.

Hello everyone!
I have been looking at some of the posts under Parcels for Sale and I was wondering how it works. Do you just pay for the parcel and that's it or are there additional fees, etc?
Thank you,
A.

I can relate to that. SL moved past my computer capabilities twice in the years I've been here. And it's a massive difference when the new machine arrives and you can turn up those settings and see things.
I had my last upgrade late summer of last year, and went from very low settings to reach 5-15 fps, to ultra settings and 60-144 fps. Hope you enjoy SL once that new machine opens things up for you.
It would seem every few yrs a computer update is needed because SL is always advancing. When I log in with this pc I get no more than 4fps. It just sucks the fun of being in SL. I was able to do some house hunting and found a houseboat but I'm going to wait before I pull out the add-ons and furniture shopping. I'm mostly just doing what I can shop for on the Marketplace.

The real key to having a spot you're happy with is to stop reading this thread. I rarely look at this thread anymore, since I got my spot in late December. Came back in here for a bit when the log cabins were new, and of course I didn't end up keeping that...
Now I just glance at this thread every so often... because looking at this thread too much makes you start thinking of jumping around again...
I can see your point. Right now, my current computer can't handle SL but when the new one arrives in a couple of weeks I will be in world exploring and having fun and shopping, etc.

Once you try a few locations you will figure out what is most important to you and what isn't. For example I prefer deeper water with my houseboat because I like an underground garden. Some don't care about that. This is something you will figure out as you go along.
I have to agree that the deeper water sounds good. I currently have a location that I am pleased with and it does have deep water. When I start my houseboat and/or Stiltz home search I will try to remember locations, etc. Thank you for responding!☺️

Relaxing Music Location

Hello Everyone!
I am wondering if there are any locations (clubs/venues) for relaxing music like Jazz, etc? I'm older and not interested in the nightclub atmosphere at the moment but I would love a place where I can listen to good music and chill. Any ideas is greatly appreciated! 🙂
