Ok, so I updated the email for the account. The old email was NOT needed, all I needed to do was verify an email sent to the new email account..

In the directions on how to change password is states this "Shortly afterwards, your old email address will also receive a "Second Life Email Changed" email to confirm that the change was done by you, the actual account holder. " This is the part I can not do, so you are saying this step isnt necessary? Thanks

Hello all. If I have lost the email account that is connected with an SL account how can I change it? I am directed towards change email page (dashboard) but since I have lost the email that goes with an account I can not verify it via the email LL sends to the lost email account... so how do I chage the email?? In land and group description is it necessary to use commas to separate the words for search purposes? This seems to be a bit of a gray area or, ive not been able to find info about it. Ive asked in a popular group but I get mixed messages. Many thanks

So if I understand you correctly if I include one of my chats in the report they can look up the chat to verify what my report is about? I hangout on the social islands and we get a HUGE amount of nasty trolls their.. One the other day was marching around in a nazi uniform with a huge nazi flag saying such nasty things and swearing his head off then he started using a emitter with such disgusting images coming out of it. I am just looking to learn how to report issues like that correctly. Blocking them doesn't do anything for when they are attacking you or someone around you with a hud that throws you around the sim. I just have a question about when you report someone. Posting conversation logs, or sharing conversation logs without the participants' consent are all prohibited by SL T&Cs so is it against the T&Cs to post them in a report to SL if you are getting harassed in your IMs or in local by someone? Thanks
