Forget the voice morphing thing because it doesn't work. I still use Citizens Band radio and remember back in the 80s there was this lady breaker called YELLOW PAGES - Diane? Anyway she had a lovely sexy voice and asked me to come to an eyeball ( Meeting) at her house with other CBers. Anyway as I arrived on my motorcycle there she was at her door welcoming other people to her home. As I walked passed her she pinched my bum. Well I didn't fancy her as she was very over weight and I preferred someone slimmer. I laughed it off but felt embarrassed because she assumed that I was attracted to her and thought it was alright to touch me without my permission. Voice isn't everything and can be misleading. My RL as a Trans Woman is much better than my virtual life and that is what counts the most!

Hi, if you want free land then look on Hypergrid Business website as there is often free land on OpenSim but the owners Grid could close at anytime. I run my own region server on Osgrid and have a small rental on SL. SL great content that I love and entertainment and OpenSim I am a Nerd so love learning about how it all works.

LL have there reasons for wanting the region size to stay as it has been for many years now. I myself has chosen to have a small holding on the Jeogeot continent but run my own region simulator on Osgrid 1024x1024 in size. For me running your own simulator is very rewarding and teaches you a lot about how it all works. I also use tight VNC in server mode on my Server PC and in Viewer mode on my other PC. So when not in either virtual world I can monitor my server from downstairs without having to go to where my server PC is upstairs. Sometimes the answer maybe to enjoy the much superior content in SL but to also try out the hypergrid enabled opensim world where land is cheap but there is so many positives and negatives about both systems. I myself would love to be able to TP from one system to the other which they did back in 2008.

I have used both SL and Opensim for many years now and it always goes back to the same issues which is a bit like why I have used many Linux Distros but always end up back on Windows. Anyway Land is cheap on Opensim and I run my own simulator server on Osgrid but CONTENT is so limited. Content is fantastic in SL but I cannot afford the land prices? SERVER TECHNOLOGY.. Why do we have VAR (variable) size regions in Opensim and indeed my region is Size X = 768 Size Y = 768 which is 9 regions in size but why is this not available in SL and will it ever be available?

I have had enough of the silly land prices and now run my own Open Simulator region which is a 4x4 Var region on Osgrid. Anyway lots of residents on one region means a lot of active scripts which means lag. I have access to the console and run my own server and you learn so much about how it all works! Tonia Kara

I just have the premium membership to use the premium sandboxes that are very useful. I gave up on the Linden Homes and rented on a private estate!

I gave up waiting and now happy renting a parcel of land on a Full Region on a Private Estate. I can still visit Bellisseria so maybe that is an option if you can afford it.
