Free to use and can be hired privately. Plenty of dance balls are hidden in secret spots for romantic moments with loved ones. We hold regular events within the new Cafe for all to enjoy, or just to gather for a friendly chat with new neighbours and friends. Another brand new area within Acoustic Gardens has been created by the talented owners Xander Kappler and Lynne Lundquist. We have released three homes, with a further 1 becoming available shortly. Each home has its own radio and uniquely comes with stabling for your horse! Our Mulbury House was the first home to be released and it has been fully furnished for your immediate enjoyment. You also have a large prim allowance. (unfurnished is possible too) This beautiful home has a large spacious room on the ground level, and kitchen leading to the stairway. A beautiful bedroom is above with its own little reading nook. All this and stable space for your precious pony at 575L per week with 400 prim. Basswood House became available today and is unfurnished (furnishing can be arranged). This beautiful home is situated at the top of the spacious area, looking down onto the pond and by the horseback trail. Outdoor seating has been provided as well as a deck out the back. Stable space is provided in the rental for 725L per week with 500 prim. Lombardy Poplar House became available today and is unfurnished (furnishing can be arranged). This large home is situated close to the stabling block so you can keep an eye on your pony! It has a very large open plan feel with a mezzanine floor above. Both areas include a fully working fire place to keep the chill out on cold days! Outdoor seating has been provided and stable space for 875L per week with 600 prim. All of the new homes have views of the fresh water stream or pond, outdoor seating and stabling has been provided to house your horse. Some tracks are available around Acoustic Gardens to enjoy on horseback. A brand new area within Acoustic Gardens has been created by the talented owners Xander Kappler and Lynne Lundquist. We have two beautiful cottages left. The first was snapped up! Each home has its own radio. Photos are below:- Our Shoemakers Cottage is currently one of a kind within Acoustic Gardens coming fully furnished, ready to enjoy at 275 linden per week. This includes a prim allowance of 100! Brilliant value with no decorating involved. It has a large spacious room on the ground level and a secluded bedroom above. If, however you require a blank canvas, we are happy to remove the contents and allocate an extra 100 prim for personal usage, making the total 200 prim. Daisy Cottage is visually perfect, made with one large airy room, incorporating a beautiful window seat to view the small waterfall and a built in cozy fireplace for distant cold days. A large bedroom area is situated at one end of the cottage. This lovely home is also 275 linden per week, but with an automatic 200 prim. We can, if required, reverse the above and offer Daisy Cottage fully furnished for a reduction in your prims by 100. Both homes have views of the fresh water pond, outdoor seating and a small jetty is provided for residents use. The newly remodeled Acoustic Toscano Village has some beautiful rentals available. There are several new amenities for residents to enjoy with friends including a cafe offering occasional events, live music, games, a beautiful pool area including a lovely conservatory fitted with relaxing seating, self serve restaurant for gatherings, a cute white chapel where you can marry! and numerous dance balls and seating areas dotted around. RE-OPENING OF - ACOUSTIC TOSCANO CAFE The Acoustic Toscano Village Cafe was born approx 4 years ago, opened to create a meeting point for the many residents living within the Acoustic group of sims that have been around since 2007. It was a great success, gaining regular visitors from all over the world, who enjoyed the chilled atmosphere and our no judgment ethos. The dance area was regularly used facing the cafe with twinkling lights and a beautiful intimate setting below the growing grape vines. We have a....no unusual avatar ‘ban’ aside nudity due to the area being moderate. Sadly we had to close two years ago, but after missing the cafe and community feel it developed, we decided recently to re-open with a fresh look, built by joint owner of Acoustic Gardens, Lynne Lundquist. She has made a lovely space for everyone to enjoy. Both residents and visitors are always welcome. Please join our group in world and FB for lots of chat and regular updates on what’s planned.
