Hello there I am looking for people who would be interested in making a supernatural urban RP sim. It would be Adult rated and on a full sim not mainland with a story and kind of like the structure of moonlight falls in sims 3 supernatural game pack. It depends if I have time to explore sims or just dress up. sometimes when I had my old land I would build it up and take it down could spend hours online but anymore with my partner and my RP family I tend to come on for them mostly.

Mainland makes me lag badly I try to avoid it as much as possible.

As long as I can keep my rental property without insane prices going up, I'm fine with it. I'm currently renting from @Count Burks who has reasonable land rental prices than with others I've had in the past for renting for SL land. Most of all each renter is different depending on the size of land and price per property.
I hope it helps the business out in the long run.

Hello there I am coming into some extra funding and looking to upgrade my desktop. Nothing cheap but anything under $2,000 USD is preferred within my budget.
So far i plan on getting a NVIDIA 1650 Graphics card but don't know if GTX or RTX is much more better for gaming. (I play Skyrim, Sims 4, ESO ETC) type games.
I plan on as far as getting AMD Ryzen 5 Processor, 16 GB of RAM, 1TB Hard drive and Asus motherboard. My main question is what parts work with this type of setup and does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you for the help.

i bought a new laptop even though its not very high end its all i could afford on my budget. it runs SL really well on medium graphics and doesn't lag much like my last laptop did.

Yeah sadly you will need a high end gaming PC to run SL. I have issues with lag on a MacBook Pro but I have recently been able to lower my frame rate to help adjust to the lag. I mainly stay away from Mainland areas which lag more than full sims or homesteads. Which helps reduce my laptop from over heating until I can get my new one in a couple of months.

I have one alt mostly because I don't feel like using one account for switching male to female so I made my alt for when I feel like dressing up girly. I used to have 12 alts when I was doing Bloodlines to gain my rank up but I have retired those accounts and hidden myself from that network with the garlic necklace.

Anytime I see something like this I run away clickety split. There is no place to see a demo of the build and the newest review from last year had issues getting the raw file. There is no mention of LODs which is REALLY important on a whole sim build.
ALSO of note, any raw file that I have used (I typically terraform by hand) still needed a fair amount of fine tuning. Not a simple fix.
This is a $19,000 and ten year old build. I hope the OP finds someone willing to deal with it.
It seems likely that the main issue is that the whole build needs to be rotated. If that is it, typically deleting and starting over and rotating the rez box (?) would work. The issue is that this cannot be redelivered and not everything is copy.
Just like with the top selling online retailer in RL it is REALLY important to pay attention to all the info in the listing AND read (also carefully) the reviews. And then you still end up with things that don't work as expected :(.
Yeah I can't terraform and basically wasted 80 bucks on it and still not working so I am giving up.

I contacted the person we determined it was the RAW file causing the problem and the land owner has redone it I am pleased with it and yes I have read the reviews they were good reviews hence why I bought it. At this time I am not needing someone to terraform.

The actual owner of the land is generally the only one who can apply a RAW file to a region. Since the build will not work without it, contact your landlord. The rest should go easy once that is done if you follow the instructions. The seller also notes full support if needed.

The raw file has been applied by the people I rent from. its not not working for me on terraforming. some of the items are not even showing hence why I am needing help....

To me from what I seen in the description It's more based on combat from the Spiderman video games. I recognize some of them when I played Spiderman 1 & 2 on gamecube as a child. None of the games are on Xbox is what I currently play and are playstation exclusive for any Spiderman games.

If its used for a roleplay like a superhero one shouldn't be an issue on an old platform I used people created Marvel related items for superhero role-plays. I had a made up one but it wasn't linked to either Marvel or DC related sense it was a character in its own.
But each to their own I guess.

WRE has a good reputation for me at least with any questions or issues I have had got solved with no problem. Depending on the type of land you want the rules are simple as long you follow them. I now rent a homestead from them with a friend and its wonderful. Chung was okay but my neighbors a couple years back had those huge border walls that messed up the land to where it was more of a privacy wall than anything else.

I do these steps when my Anxiety acts up with the help of my therapist I see weekly but as well do these to help me feel better.
1.) Take deep breaths, focus on one object and breathing.
2.) Journaling, This helps me get out my feelings and I make time for it in my routine.
3.) have a routine, Get up exercise, do laundry, clean etc. Sitting in one spot doesn't help me when my anxiety and depression acts up. On Rainy days its a bit more difficult to get out but I have a workout setting for my small place in RL to help. I even eat a lot more healthier now which helps me.
4.) Take your medication and follow the guidelines for your meds your doctor prescribes. Please do for anything medication or therapy seek a real life doctor.

I think SL is growing I know a platform I sometimes use most people I have known over the years moved to SL before I did back in 2018. I do believe the majority of this platform are adults at least from what I have seen in my friend circle over the years. Most between 18-50 years of age. But to me its more of an adult platform than for the underage in my mind.

My alt account is very short and has no breasts. She isn't a child or teen she's transgender. Like a femboy but I use her to dress up and visit moderate or General sims to take pictures. If you catch someone in the act, then you should report no doubt, but my alt looks short because in RL I am about the same height and look the same way she does. I'm going to show some pictures of my alt. She has no top because she had top surgery that nonbinary people like myself plan to get. I feel uncomfortable with breasts but i like using her to dress up.
