    I know for IMVU if you have to verify your age the ask to upload a photo of your government ID. Most people that are underage don't have one I didn't get mine until I was 21 because i had to go on an airplane to travel to a different state and it was required. But then again I don't know how their systems work to verify age.

    I could recommend that if the policies change then sim owners who have public adult rated regions should have moderators around during various times of the day and night since people are from different time zones. Maybe LL could also have better reporting tools open for sim owners and sim mods. When i had my sim up i had several moderators who were on various times when i was not on. We also had a height thing added to where if you were under 4ft 11 you were kicked off the sim and teleported home. I understand most people are around 4ft who are short but it helped the sim run better. I had an issue with some accounts coming in and were very small and short so we put in the height bar and it helped keep those people out.

    Example of my alt I use to primiarly look like my real life self if i could have the body i want. Which is the maiterya lara flat chest. Yes she is short because i am 5ft in reality so she is more like me except different hair color. I feel like with this situation that using my alt would cause more issues because of how young it looks. I'm 31 years old in real life and don't do anything adult with my alt.

    I would suggest if you or your workers have twitter or X is what it is called now to actually make a post about the video with the link and tag teamyoutube in the post most likely the team behind that will work with you and your workers on getting the videos taken down. that is how content creators can get disputes and videos dealt with.

    When i had my own sim i had an orb that only allowed alts under certain days to not be on my sim. i did the 90 day thing its an orb from casper system which is a good one. I also Reccomend if you own the sims or rent it to put payment info on file for those who can enter the sim. Put a notice out in the group of the estate so people can know what to do if they can't come onto the sim.

    I've always wondered why it was compared to SL. It feels like comparing filling out an online tax form to hanging out at a music festival. Like... why are these things even in the same sentence?

     

    that is basically what it is and dot hopping instead of walking a lot of the chatrooms on imvu are quiet even if people are in the rooms some are AFK and just logged in to look active.

    I still use imvu because a lot of my friends won't use SL because they don't like how it is with having to work to figure out the simple things like dressing avatars up, but imvu is also cheaper when it comes to the currency they have and its easy to dress up avatars. However over the last few years i had to take breaks from imvu because i was dealing with constant issues from people causing my mental health to be worse. I found SL to be more better in creative aspects and more to do since I have done almost everything on imvu. I still go on there to sometimes dress up, take photos and hangout with my friends. But i use SL more than i used too when i first joined i couldnt figure out how SL worked until 2018. I love being on SL and i enjoy being around people who are actually 18+ and not faking it to fit in like on imvu.
