Alright I just got some land (rented) and I'm trying to figure out how to stream my own music through it (its stuck on Spanish music) I've tried a few links and fiddling around because googling it, all the instructions are from 2011-12, all the links are dead and the information about outside websites is outdated and its no help, I need 2017 instructions, where do I link from and how??

If I win an auction for a piece of land for a set price, Is that all I have to pay? or is it going to make me pay weekly? or is there a different weekly price I'll find out about later? (if it's a weekly price could someone please tell me how to purchase land completely ? not rent it from someone else? thanks x
