    if you create  a group you'r automaticly member, if your alt created it, she has to invite you ór set it to open enrolment for you to join.
    Also, when you wait too long to let another member join (2 days only, but you get warnings by email or message ), the group will get deleted by the system.

    you'r right ( nearly would say "of course".. :)  in Firestorm you get a few steps more before it tells it's not possible

    this is just what is happening, every premium account can apply for a Linden Home, if available. And if there are no new home or boats are available, do as any other... get a old home till the new batch comes available.
    Don't speak about alts, in general you can say that for LL those don't excist... a premium account is a premium account, with the same rights as any other premium account.
    I understand the disapointment but that doesn't justify limiting rights for other paying members.

    32 x 32 m2 = a parcel of 1024 sqm .. renting that with 150 prims is for sure nót a better deal than 117 on a 512 sqm

    When a rental company simply uses the standard land sizes, with the standard Li on it, there is totally nothing against it, that some landlords take advantage of groups to spread LI to other parcels is easy to see... and if you don't agree dont rent there.
    The "warning" from OP is hardly of any help for people other than "look at the Li and parcel size", it's no scam to do it different, and rental prices difference?.... thats whats called free market.
