  1. Does the Quantity of Each Item held in this hypothetical vendor stay constant with any other Item in the vendor? If that was the case then probably maybe, yes. If you knew the Item coming up and you could always no matter what get any of the other Items offered in the vendor. Like you could always get the color item you would want and not be stuck with some other color cause someone bought all of that color out the vendor, making the other items scarce? All Hypothetical (not you loaded 10 red in 6 blue 6 yellow. Which makes items scarce or harder to get ( I.E a Gacha Scarcity Rare,Common, all based on probability). but they always remain at a Constant 10 red, 10 blue,10 yellow. So you know there is always that quantity to come around if you do not like what's being displayed.
  2. I was meaning those who jam a bunch of things into a folder. And Sell that Stuff Whatever it is as a Random Item. Ex : On marketplace they label it as Random Purses ( contents of folder unknown to you but the seller it holds a pink, yellow, blue and red. You the customer think hmm I want to try my luck and see what I get with a random purse. You make your purchase of Unknown Item all you know is it's a Random Purse, get a blue one... That is still Randomized or Chance. Because beyond the folder just carrying the Blue Purse, it also carried the Pink, Yellow, and Red. You Had 4 chances to get something different. At the time of purchase it is a unknown Item at the point of Sales.- Which isn't called a Gacha but that is Exactly how they work.
  3. "Next, is some of the comments on the mechanism or the gacha machines themselves. It is the act of paying for something and in return the item/thing you receive back is based on chance. The level of chance does not matter, or if you disclose it, including the ratios, percentages, etc, if the output is unknown (chance based in any way), that combination of mechanisms is what will be prohibited moving forward."- Patch Linden Page 9 It sounds to me that anything like that randomized in anyway is what will be prohibited. So even on Marketplace, if it's a Random Item your getting at time of sales (animal, clothing, etc. ). It's that the randomness of what it is that has to go. Maybe I'm interpreting that in the wrong way. But it sounds like it.
  4. Yes, most starter packs/ LE Packs are No-Trans. It's the randomization of what's in the packs that's in question. Some of the packs even state on the outside they are Randomized. So, it's a chance based outcome resulting from a payment. EX: You buy a pack it's 2 females and you need a male and female to breed. So you as a purchaser need to pay and play again at a game of chance. That maybe, the next time you pay you will get the male and female you need. When in actuality you will probably get more females and need to buy more sets to get what you are intending to buy. It's similar to Gacha mechanism granted it's not called a gacha you are paying & playing the initial purchase from the creator the same way. You as a purchaser don't know what you are getting till after purchase. So, a chance based outcome resulting from a payment.
  5. Going to repost this. So hopefully, it get's covered and clarified.
  6. I was not meaning after secondary breeding of those Items, but to get some of the LE specialty coats, genders or sizes you do need to "play the odds" when buying from the Original Breedable Creator. Yes, you know for example its a cat in the creators box. After just knowing it's a cat, you as a purchaser have no idea of gender, coat ,size, or traits. ( From the Original Items from the Breedable Creator Company's). So, as a Buyer from the Original Breedable Creator. The purchaser needs to keep pumping money into the machine to get the desired object or traits. Cause it's all Odds and Randomized. (Scripts) Ex: like getting 2 females in a box when you need to have a M/F to breed. So, then you have to buy another set and play the odds again, just to MAYBE get a Male and you probably get another set of Females. So you keep chasing what you want or need from the Original Breedable Creator. To make a set. If that makes any sense.(Haha)
  7. Totally agree. It to me is much like a "Gacha", you are pumping the money into them to get the desired sizes, coats, or traits and Genders. Being all randomized you need to keep pumping the money into them to get the intended item you desire from the "Starter" Packs or LE Packs. Secondary market is different after you get the item to resell it, the consumer knows exactly what they are purchasing because they can see the traits and characteristics that you "played the Odds" to get.
  8. Does this Policy also apply to Breedables? Meaning, when you buy mystery packs or LE packs of a certain coat or randomized coat and randomized gender, you the purchaser technically do not know exactly what you are getting, in regards to the randomized gender, size, or coats of the animal. So the Orginal Breedable Creators LE's randomized sets have a similar selling mechanisms and the need to buy as Gacha machines. To get the intended things or items you are looking for you as a purchaser need to keep pumping money into the selling box till you get the item you were actually after. I am only referring to the Item you receive at Time of Sales From the Original Breedable Creator. NOT any secondary breeding and selling of items because the purchaser knows exactly what they are receiving. EX: You buy a box of LE's from the Original Breedable Creator it's a Randomized box. There are 2 Females Breedables come in the LE box from Original Breedable Creator when you need a Male & Female to breed. So you as a purchaser need to keep "Playing the Odds" and purchasing more from the selling box until you get the desired object, the M & F that you are after. It's all randomized, so even on that second purchase you may walk away with another 2 Females so then you need to purchase yet another set. You as a purchaser keep chasing what you need from the Original Breedable Creator because the items sold out of the store starter packs or LE Packs are randomized. So, it's a chance-based outcome as a result of a payment. A bit confused on that. If you could clear that up that would be great. @Patch Linden
