  1. Getting the right linden home can feel like winning lottery, so I totally get it. :matte-motes-big-grin: As far as I know, there's no stop watch or anything like that. Did you get some kind of error message when you were blocked? Did it have a time stamp on it? If so, that could be a good reference. Then there's the old fashion way, wait a few hours and re apply again until you're successful.
  2. I have to say I admire your use of font sizes and colors. very creative, you're obviously very passionate about this topic, but it kinda makes this post look even MORE ridiculous than it already IS. First of all, no one is a full time Second Life DJ for a living. Just imagine how awkward it would be introducing that as your profession. "So, what do you do for a living?" "I'm a DJ." "Oh, cool! What kind of clubs do you play? That one?" *points to club across the street* "Oh, no, I'm only a DJ in this game/3D platform called Second Life." "Oh... That's uh... Nice." I hate to break it to
  3. Have you ever seen a noob that looked as if they were stuck in a state of running in place, while desperately trying to turn in another direction? :matte-motes-stress: Being a regular at the infohubs, It's quite common, and kind of sad, but I can't deny that it's a little bit funny too. :matte-motes-big-grin-squint: I'll usually bump them back into a normal standing position, but they'll ofen swear at me in the nearby chat, or hit on me. Either one. Sometimes both... :matte-motes-confused:
  4. This parcel resides in Iris, home to the moth temple and a prosperous community living on the surface of the waters in the southeast of the Heterocera Atoll continent. The land is in very close proximity to the popular Linden Infohub, The Temple of Iris. As you may have guessed, the land has immediate access to water! (Pretty nifty if you like to sail, or just like ocean land.) Here's a couple snapshots in case you wanted a visual. :matte-motes-asleep-2: As of now, the price is 5,000 lindens. Feel free to visit the parcel with the following slurl: ( http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Iris/1
  5. While it is indeed free, renting out that home is prohibited in the terms of service. :matte-motes-bored: You could get AR'd.
  6. I recently went to apply for a linden home. I thought all was well but when I tried to continue, a page revealed to me that at least 1 of 3 things was the case. These included; My account is out of date (I have no idea what that means), my payment imformation is out of date, or it isn't on file at all. I always just thought that the "payment information on file" thing was just when your payment method was saved to the site for future purchase. But I stood corrected when my friend, who had never used a payment method of any kind to optain lindens, had PIOF. A friend of mine told m
  7. The parcel has been sold. But if you are still looking for land, there are other parcels for sale in Bella as well. Have a good day.
  8. Parcel can be found at: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Bella/235/119/21 The starting price is 5,200 L$ but I am willing to negotiate.
  9. I'm considering buying land. I know that you need a premium account to purchase land, but what if it your membership were to expire? Or what if you ended your membership intentionally? Would you lose your property? Or would everything remain fine and dandy? :matte-motes-delicious:
