    Hi,

    An other option is somewhat more "romantic" and understandeably more my style: wear teh "stopall animayion" rose, I'll dive in-world now and send one to you ^^

    All you do is "wear" it and hang in there :)

    Edit - found it! And I've learned to look a little further to. I tested the kitchen, and measured it...hmm, it's tempting, but I may need to modify it somewhat... :)

    Hmm, so, my many wacky adventures go unnoticed...and I am quite the edventurer...hehe

    Eh, I'm a programmer myself, believe me, finding that bug with only a few scraps of info is like being on a threasure island with NO map and armes with a ... teaspoon...they'll get it figured out, I'm sure they will... :)

    Happyt new year by the way, to everyone, escpecially LL and a big thanks for providing this second Life :)

    Thanks Coby...it's still the same-old...no posts possible...nethier with FS or Singularity , the latter one alerts me if there's a newer one, it did not, so I assume I'm still using the correct version...

    So...bottom line, not my fault...

    Hi,

    Umm, look at my profile...I fill in the requirements fully...however, in name of womanhood everywhere, I'd turn this one down flat. Come on guys:

    Option 2: Sit at desk and and look good. - please, a blow-up doll can do that, women are much more that this...

    Option 2: Female. Boobs. - umm, a bit on Human Anatomy 101: boobs ARE female, ever seen male boobs (that look the part)???

    No sexual harassment policy in place - oh, well, thanks for the heads-up...

    One simple answer : not interested as the ad itself is a form of harassment... :) It's so hilaryous, I'll NOT report this, you guys should consider stand-up comedy... xD

    Too proud to be a Woman, too proud for this job, if you can call this a job :)

    Hi all :)

    Yesterday, I had to ask someone (new) to not expose her swords (yes, one each hand, real scary and sharp) as the sim rules state....

    I overheared that you can get hurt with weapons, but...I also overheared that this does not apply to all sims...hence this post. What's the truth here? If I sit on a prim, I cannot get hurt, so far so good, but, if it's true that it differs from sim to sim...I'd better be carefull when setting a "pinprick" on the map as destination... XD

    No sexy walk anymore?

    Hi Community =^_^=

    Not a question this time but more a "tiny tut" - a tip or howto...

    Imagine, you've found your AO, and it soooo fits you it becomes your "trademark", and then...the update and some animations are missing or simply...wrong...

    Options? Accept it or...tinker with it to make it comply...let's do that. This tut is on OpenCollar AO's, I had the v3600, got an up to v3940 (or something) and lost my sexy walk. To remedy, this is what I did:

    - make a work folder in your inventory, then copy-n-paste both AO (old and new) in that folder, rename the new one so you can find it back

    -rez the old one on the floor (sandbox, your home, any place you can rez and have some time to tinker a.k. ample return time)

    - edit it and let all the scripts load, locate the one you need - sexywalk in my case and dran-n-drop it in the work folder

    - quit edit and take the AO (clean up after yourself ^^)

    - now rez the new one and edit it too, extract the notecard for your "format" - mine was (obviously) called "girl" and drop it in your inventory, leave the new AO rezzed and open for edit for now

    - rename the notecard you just dropped and open it

    - it consits of lines starting with the name of an animation [walking] and so on, locate your line - needless to say that mine was [walking]

    - at the end, add the "pipe" symbol | (press AltGr and keep it pressed, then press the "1" closest to the Esc key, not the one on the num pad) - by the way, if there's nothing you do NOT add the pipe symbol, the AO needs that synbol to keep the items on the line apart...

    - add one space and type the name of your aimation in, then...save

    - drag-n-drop the new card in the new AO's inventory, since you changed the name, it'll not overwrite anything :)

    - as a detail, change the name and description in the "object" tab - just to be complete

    - leave edit, and take...wear and enjoy

    Thanks to the OpenCollar bunch for this great AO, making it open so people can adapt it freely...love this AO...

    Okay, this is what the instructions said on the delivered notecard, but it seemed somewhat techy, and it did not mention the work folder, always work with the copy, never the original...in case something goes wrong, simply unwear the faulty AO and either delete it or edit it...it's perfectly safe... =^^=

    Well, with that radar I noticed avatars going from green (cam-able) to black (non cam-able) so I suspect the player can set this...

    Nothing wrong with my settings.

    I rent in a pretty 'busy" place where all the Avatars are camable, except some. Never noticed that before, until I started to rent a second home in a more quiet place, there it did become apparent. It's comething pretty handy to just dive under the radar once in a while, I get IM's all the time, possibly due to the fact that "they" cam me out (and...why not) and then decide to go into an IM....all pleasant and well, but when I"m in a session...some "distance" would be nice ^^

    Hi gang! :)

    So, I've been an avid user of the radar, such a great tool to see who's around. Some names have a green indication of the distance, others black. Th ones in red are closest, no surprises here. The ones in black - though within my viewing distance - cannot be cammed, if I double-click on someone's name with a green indication, I can cam in. How is that done? Can I enable/disable that too for me?

    How do I enter my paypal password? SL does not ask my password anymore...

    I just bought Lindens from a friend's paypal account, SL did not ask my password, how do I rectify that? How do I get SL to ask the Paypal password evry time?

    Edit - I do have full permission to get money (he's a darling with that, and it is OUR account) but I'd like to play safe, in case my laptop gets lost...

    O? It does'nt? Man, here I was thinking I did something clever... :)

    It does keep prowlers out, I hope. There is not a lot they can do, but I bought the stuff in there and I'd like to be the only one using it... xD

    Eh, I'm just taking this too far...but the option to "teleport home" is a clever one, eh, it takes tinkering with the security system...and putting yourself on the access list (duh) to cross the ban lines (that red tape - soo cool) - and as to the warnings about the size, yes, paying the tiers is a given...so be it... :)

    I've already set the alarm to "eject all" and I turn it off when I receive unlisted visitors....well, locking my door seems onoly psychologic, just as putting my avatar into bed before I log off :)

    Hey, that IS a tip...of course, this only works if I own the place...imagine some visitor setting a landmark INSIDE your home, there'zs where the whitelist comes in handy... :)
