You are voicing an issue that has been plaguing SL intermittently for years, but that has become much more severe in recent times.  The "hand off" between regions has been very slow for certain regions regardless of the server version they are running.  The number of these is small but sigificant but not entirely reproducible.

While the destination regions are often but not always quite heavily scripted, there are certain regions within the greater Blake Sea area that frquently result in either complete stoppages, with the yachts bouncing off the borders of adjoining regions, or the vehicles cross with the driver unseated.  Occasionally the avatar appears to continue into the new region unaccompanied by the vehicle and with no means of control.  Attempts to then stand are unsuccessful and TPs result in forced Log outs (greyscale screen etc).

While this issue continues at a low but annoying frequency, I see no attempts being made by LL to resolve this issue or even comment upon it.

yes. It's happen to today due to it's ISP internet link to somewhere or The Simulator Itself. Tested every viewer the issue are still going. on the SL Simulator Server that Didn't conduct restarts in a week.

  2. Maybe. SL engineers forgot to check on the Cluster that causes SL Teleport/Region Crossing Longer than Usual. what could been for The Simulator to Simulator Communication flawed seriously since October. in some users that Having TP/Sim Crossing Disconnects for good. you need to look and figure out what SL having some inworld Issues. I checked on the Grid Status. It's said Teleport are still normal. and It's fine. anyone can discuss and find the way to fix that problem that currently happening.

    1) There is no such thing as a "SL Virus".

    2) "Stealing" an account and "taking control" of it as in "animating it" are two very different things. But both can usually be tracked back to the human at the computer...

    3) And it's still not clear what you're actually talking about.

PS: One specific match of the search results when googling for "Rabies Second Life" is so brilliant. 🤣

You have to look the page about the SL Virus It's could Steal Account if you accept the item or something
