one day later.......... Still stuck.......... SIGH

I have a modem and one computer is wireless, the other is on wire to the modem. My bandwith is set to 1000kbps and my cache size was on 512. Krystina, you have not posted for a while: is your problem solved? If yes, can you tell me what the problem was and how you solved it? My merchant box is still stuck in initializing :-(

Mine is still stuck too> I submitted a ticket and they advised to uninstall and reinstall the viewer, but that is not it. I installed the SL viewer and logged in with that viewer, but still stuck. Plus Firestorm on my other laptop has the merchant box stuck too. It is the Marketplace itself, and I hope it will be solved when it goes offline for maintenance.

I have the same problem: my merchant outbox is stuck since yesterday now. Tried everything, cleared cache, relogged, rebooted computer, logged in to SL viewer and indeed also changed the language, but nothing helps. I hope they fix it soon, but at least I know now that I am not the only one! Fairy.

Thank you so much for finding that link, at least I know that I am not the only one! (I am still stuck) I hope LL fixes it soon, as I still have lots of stuff to upload.

Thank you for answering, but setting my viewer to another language did not work. And yes i have been putting in items for hours without problems, but suddenly my merchant inbox is busy ( showing this busy circle and a stop sign when i want to drag items to it) and it still is busy. Sounds like the end of my Marketplace store :-(

Hello, My merchant outbox in the viewer (Avatar-> Merchant Outbox) is stuck on sending items for more then two hours now. I relogged and I even rebooted my computer, but it is still stuck. Is there a way to reset it, as I can not do anything anymore right now.
