  1. I still don't know what was wrong, but I managed to get it straigtened out. It's almost as if it really didn't like my pose set names, once I changed that, it seemed fine (I also took it all apart and tried that first, no luck). Then I had an issue where it wouldn't show the one card on the munue despite it saying it was reading it and loading it. That issue was a dumb mistake on my part which I figured out after stepping away from it for a while. Innula, I want to thank you for being willing to help me out. If there is anything you need help with, let me know. Thanks again!
  2. I've checked I don't know how many times for that. I'm going to take everything out of the object tonight and try starting fresh with that set, I've done this before, but maybe it'll help this time. It's just making me batty. I didn't have a lot of time to work on it last night like I had thought I would. I appreciate you trying to help me out. I'll let you know if I gain any ground.

  4. I will check that tonight. Thank you. I appreciate it!
  5. Innula, The poses all have different names, I've cheked and checked, maybe because the pose and the menue name are similar? I don't know. I never think to look for groups on some of these things. Thank you for suggesting that. I will joing it when I'm inworld this evening. Thank you, thank you. You're an angel.
  6. The end support is only there if I donate L$1,000. I can not be the only person who has gotten this system to work with and has this issue. I got this for my personal use, I do not plan on selling anything I'm making with it. I just can not find anything that references error, the only thing close is if there are too many poses installed, of 3 couples poses, so a total of 6 poses, two of the grouping are not working. I even adjusted another twosome notecard so it has multiple pose sets on it, and it's working just fine. I can not see what is different between the two in the way I have them set up. I guess I'll just keep going through the trial and error.
  7. I don't know if anyone can help with this or not. I've looked at the pages on the wiki for the MLPV2.3 but couldn't not find information on this. I've posted what the error message is below. Reading .POSITIONS.couple [16:22] Sectional Sofa 1: ===> WARNING: Multiple .POSITIONS* entries for 'Embrace' [16:22] Sectional Sofa 1: ===> WARNING: Multiple .POSITIONS* entries for 'Caress' I have three different poses in this pose set, one of them works just fine, the other two give me this error. I've trie copying the info from the save and from the dump, neither seems to get it to work. The poses are not the same for the two pose balls, and I have another pose set started with one set up in it that works just fine. I can't think what the issue could be. I'm not script savy, so I haven't messed with the script at all. I followed the format of the notecards that came in the package, and I don't see what I'm doing differently. If anyone can help I would really appreciate it.
  8. Charli Infinity wrote: I'm not actually looking for a skin right now just browsing the marketplace to see if there's anything interesting to but end up seeing a lot of tacky stuff. It's amazing to me that you can tell you father and family about Second Life. I wouldn't count Second Life as family-friendly place ..A lot of explaining to do if I were to tell my family about Second Life :matte-motes-tongue: Charli, I don't tend to tell many people about Sl either, but that's more because it's a get away for me. I don't want to bring everyone I know into it. I know what you mean about a lot of the styles out there. Another poster stated it's how you look from head to toe. Which is very true. If you have an AO that makes you wiggle around all over the place and you're wearing scraps of cloth you found, then yes, you tend to look skanky. I have seen a good amount of people recently (granted it's largely due to the shops I went to) that fit in the group you were referring to. Marketplace gets tons of clothing that has that look. Usually those outfits are priced low, so in turn tend to sell quite a bit. If you want to tell your friends about SL, but you think they will think you strange for the interest, then you have to show them what it is to you. Don't allow their views of it to be colored by the look you refer to. Show them the softer, and for the true SLers, the more popular SL.
  9. Innula, Thank you very much. I will check those out this evening and see if I can get it working. I appreciate it!
  10. The script is made for what I'm trying to do. Its for single and couple poses. I just can't get the dang pose to save and dump to info properly. The notecards are ones that were provided by the script maker. I am simply modifying them with the pose names and the positioning info.
  11. I'm using a free script by Miffy Fluffy, the Multi Love Pose V1.2. I've set up many poses for a single pose, and one for the boy-girl poses. I tried setting up a second b-g pose and no matter how many times I adjust and save the pose and dump the memory to coy into the note card, it always shoves the pose off the the far side of the object and puts both figures in their own personal space. I checked to make sure I didn't mess anything up in the notecards and I don't seem to have. If anyone can help me I'd appreciate it. I can not contact the creator of the script as they specifically state in one of the notecards with the script that they do not provide support. If anyone has worked with this script, or just happens to have an idea what may be going on. At this point, even if there is another free, or inexpensive script to use that works with singe and multiple posing, that you can suggest. I'm getting so frustrated with this. Any help is appreciated.
  12. Sixx, Here are some links to marketplace pose/animation vendors and to scripts that may help.
  13. Thank you for the help. Seems like a pretty dumb way to have to be updated Leave it to LL. Thanks again!
  14. Last night I uploaded a static pose to try on another shape I have, but when I looked for the folder or the shape, they weren't there. I had sent them to myself from another account earlier in the week and had no problem with the being there on the main grid. Any ideas? FYI I'm not that familiar with Aditi, so sorry if it's an easy fix and I'm just too much of a noob on the beta grid to know it. Thanks.
  15. Thank you both for your input. I appreciate it!
  16. I figured this would be the best place to post this since it's a questions about ad photography. My questions is, when you look at ads for shapes, what speaks to you more. One simple concise image of the figure, or multiple images that give you varying angles shots. I've been leaning towards multiples, but now I'm wondering if that would be the best option. What catches your eye more?
  17. Mellan, Thank you so much I love you right now. I'm not new to SL, but I've just recently returned after being away for a few years and I had no idea how to do that. Thank you so much for your help. *hugs*
  18. Alright, I've logged in for the past maybe 5 days and have had this issue and I don't know what to do. I've tried both the standard Sl viewer and the Phoenix viewer. I've TPed to different locations in case it was a lag issue, and no luck. I've cleared my cache I don't know how many times. Restarted my computer, yadda yadda. What usually happens is I log in and I'm a cloud for maybe a minute or so. Then my body comes into the picture. My shape is the one I last had on, my hair rezzes and so do my shoes. The rest of the body is the problem. My eyes don't rezz in, just white, and my body stays the color I mentioned in the subject with no detail. I've stayed logged in for 5-10 minutes with nothing being fixed. I don't know what to do. I have another account that this has not happened to even once. It just happens on Raven. Any advise you may be able to give would be appreciated. Thank you.
