Do i just need to keep refreshing the page? and if a new LL house is available will it be at the top of the list or do i need to click the drop down every time?

Me or my future partner to be can't accept partner requests, but can decline them perfectly. is this a bug?? we have tried numerous times :((

Everytime me and my (future) partner to be try to accept a partner request it does not go through, but declines do. I am using phoenix viewer. EDIT: also when I go to accept it, it has a . (dot) for the name, and we have reset our names also.
