I would have appreciated more politeness, less yelling and less unsubstanciated accusations. I haven't written any paranoia; your quoting of LL does not prove any of what I wrote wrong; I don't need to prove anything to YOU or anyone, because I am not making any claims that LL bans avatars for height. I told my experience. Go yell at somebody else.

Thanks everyone for your advice! I still haven't chosen the one, but I'm buying the four demos: casual, relaxed and the two elegants. They are really beautiful!

I was told that some of the children in the sim were of my previous height, so they didn't want to have any confusions if I was going to play an adult. So, sure, I could have just said no... but I could have been reported. For what? I don't know. The OP says that the person banned wasn't playing a child and that the sim was adult. He doesn't claim that LL banned her account because she was short; she was reported by someone because, to that someone, she could have looked childish. That may only teach us that there are judgmental people everywhere. I also need to point out that there are, in inworld stores and in the Marketplace, highly sexualized outfits that include piggy tails, teddy bears, even pacifiers. Sometimes, the avatars chosen to portray these products on the advertisement pictures may look at least ambiguously childish or early teen. If some people will get a knee-jerk reaction to an adult Kemono in an adult sim looking too ambigous in their age, these outfits I mentioned should definitely not be allowed. Just saying.

After trying out a lot of demos, I have been flirting with the idea of getting the beautiful SLink hands. However, a little short on L$, I would like to start with only one, from all the possible hand "positions" SLink have to offer. Which one would you recommend me for my first (and, probably for a long time, only one), that looks best in most situations? I was thinking "casual" or "relaxed" or something like that, perhaps? Thanks for any advice! :matte-motes-grin: (On a side note, it breaks my heart that the large majority of shoes out there seem to be irremediably made for SLink, because as much as I totally love their hands and other products, I don't like the shape of their feet. But well, life isn't perfect, not even the second one.)
