Very welcome. Hopefully it should stay fixed. it's what i done with one of my "VERY" spammy groups & now i don't hear from it any more

When you unticked the box that says "receive group messages", did you wait for all the names in the group to appear, or did you click before they had loaded ? You need to make sure that the group has fully loaded, so the changes take effect. If you DID wait for the group to load .... er ... sorry, can't help

Quick update on this, After a sim restart, all the problems have gone. Many thanks to all who responded to this post.

Hi Tari, Just tried logging into Hatton ( as a different Sim ) and guess what ? ALL of my problems went away. I've just been in Live Chat & the guy (?) i spoke to, said he'll put in a Sim Performance ticket (fingers crossed)

Ok, still no joy after a modem reset. Thanks for your suggestions though everyone. I'm off to file a ticket

Ok, Tried the official viewer, same story. A friend of mine also has the same problem, so i'm reasonably sure that it's not down to a graphics card issue. Other issues that are part of this include: All groups saying there is nobody in them Not able to change the music stream Music stream not available (play audio button greyed out) Friends list not displaying names Unable to send IM's to friends This list is just going to keep expanding i think.

Ok, i'm back after a clean install folling these steps ( http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_clean_reinstall ) Everything was fine until i relogged. And then it went to pot again. Going to try using the official viewer (ugh) & see if i can get into the FS support group.

Hi All, I have an "interesting" problem. According to my profile & groups list, I don't belong to any groups But, when somebody else views my profile, all my groups are listed. Whilst this isn't a HUGE problem, it does mean i can't send notices or chat in group. Has anybody else got this issue, or am I special ? And if you did have it, please share how you fixed it (if you did) Many Thanks Sid

Without wanting to give too many details, I am looking for a teddy bear type mesh avatar. I already have a prim version, so can easily demonstrate the type i am looking for. I find it difficult to believe that Linden Labs would delete items on a privately owned sim. I think it's more likely that the items were returned by the sim owner (did you happen to notice what character name sent you the club back ?) Having said that, as Tateru pointed out, it is possible (their world, their rules)
