Hello, Just wondering...is there a way to make my little green dot that represents me on the mini map disappear? I have nice neighbors, but sometimes when i get really busy, i dont want anyone to know that i am at home. Simply turning off my online status doesnt help, because they can still see me on my parcel. See what i mean? Just curious.

would it be ok, if i sent you a shoe? When i select cntl/shft/T (when things turn red to show alpha'd textures), i dont see any change in the shoe, per se. That is, nothing is "red" on the shoe. I still just see the xray aura around the shoe.

Understood. Question: What is the purpose of a pose stand? does it make my avatar motionless, is that why? Also, can I "buy" a pose stand, and bring it to my home? Where would you suggest i look for this pose stand, if i am not able to buy one? ~mouse

Ok, here is the problem that I am having with this: Im following your tutorial, Rolig, but after i delete the invisiprims, the shoes remain (which is good), but when I wear them, they attach themselves to my wrists. :-( Additionally, I think that i need to "relink" the various components of the shoe before I tried to wear them. I am presuming this was a correct step (relinking, that is). each shoe has about 6 parts to it. I will try resizing them instead of deleting them and see if that works better. ~Mouse

So, you're saying that if I select the shoes, then select "edit", I should be able to find and select the invisiprim , yes? And then just resize it. Ive never created or added an alpha layer, but i ~think~ i understand what you're saying. thanks a mill! ~Mouse

Hey Rolig, I just looked at the outfit and it turns out that the shoes can be modified! So (please indulge a newbie) ...what perameter do i need to change/delete so that the "clear" effect goes away? Thanks again, so much!! ~Mouse

Oh, ok, thanks! I'll look for the "glow" perameter. But i might not be explaining my problem accurately though. Nothing is really "glowing" per se, but more like a clear halo, or ...its just too hard to describe, since what i am trying to describe ~isnt~ really there. To my eye, it looks like an alpha sorting issue at first glance. I think i'll just junk the shoes and get some others that dont have the strange effect around them. Hello, Recently, I purchased an outfit that contained high heel shoes as part of the outfit. I like them, but there is a strange glow around them, and I am not too sure how to alter it? Does anyone know what I mean about that "clear" looking glow around the shoe? I'll take a pic if that helps. Any comments or suggestions would be most appreciated.
