Ok I have couple questions maybe someone can point me in right way . I want to open a marina . I was wondering if Its smarter to rent or to buy a piece of ocean front land . Also Id like it to be located on a piece of ocean front land that connects to the major water ways such as blake sea . Maybe someone can put me in contact with someone or knows where to find land .
