    What sometimes works is to fly upwards, either that or rebake textures (CTRL + ALT + R). If neither of these work, then it might fix itself when you log in again to SL.

    At least, with the new software, its stopping the majority of the spam. Hopefully this guy gets that we don't want him here and finds somewhere else to troll.
