    Rude is off for the day. Inconsiderate and pettiness haven't signed in yet. We're it for now. BTW, Second Life is not a "game".

    As Pamela explained, 90% of the participants in this forum will go far and above to help out with any sincere assistance. If you don't understand the suggestions, simply ask again and explain what it is that you are having trouble with. Someone will help.

    However, some come in and don't like the answers they are receiving and begin with insults and frankly, (im)proper responses are returned. We are just human on the other side of the keyboard.  I'm guilty of some such responses, I've had a post removed by mods at one time, rightfully so too. So don't think that everyone here is rude or obnoxious.

    If you have questions, ask. Be nice and receptive to suggestions tossed out. If you disagree, fine, be nice about it. Everyone will be happy.

    The stockings (and garter you can't see) are from erratic.  Any ol' pair of hose will do, tho.  I am also wearing a different pair of shoes than the ones that come with the leggings.

    I see now. I'm getting ready to redo myself, finally spend the time and $ for a mesh body. In your words "it's only money".

    I feel like a change again.    This is the first draft of another shape. The boobs are way to big but I might leave them that way. The harsh lighting is not doing me any favors here either. Plus I need new punk styled hair.  And a new face. ... or a new head ....

    As my post said "any and all...". Who you uncheck is up to you. Keep the groups you have to keep checked. My $ says you have groups checked that frankly, don't use the group function as it is intended, but send out useless information (cuz some who have the ability to do so have a giant "look, I can send out group IM's" ego) and spam the group notices to no end. Those should be the first to be unchecked. If it is a group that you really need, contact the owner and lodge a complaint to the number of spam IM's that go out. Who you uncheck is completely up to you To expect LL to "fix it" is howling at the moon. It's easier to remedy it on your end.

    Go into your groups and remove the checks from any and all groups you wish NOT to receive IM's from. I've done that and my cap limits warnings have declined. I get more IM's now from friends than from groups telling me useless info that I would have not read (or cared for) in the first place.

    It's really quite simple to fix on your own than to ask LL to fix it.

    Assuming you are using Firestorm or Singularity, go into preferences and turn RLV off, then relog. This will allow you to override the lock and you can remove the collar (right click>detach). If you purchased the collar yourself, it's never a bad idea to name yourself an owner, for this particular reason.

    There are age detectors available at MP that would disallow any age access to your sim. You set the age limit (30, 60, 365 days...) and the detector will block those under the chosen age, access for you. They are relatively inexpensive, but quite effective.

    That name comes back as unavailable. I would suppose that LL was already notified of the individual and canned their account. I would file an AR nonetheless, include the request and move on.

    Reminder: Don't ever click on unsolicited urls, here or online. Delete and move on. Enjoy your SL experience.

    Did you check your transaction file at the dashboard and confirm the mistake? If you failed to send the gift properly and it ended up in your inventory, that is on you, not LL or the seller. The BBB would have no jurisdiction over this. You waited a whole five days DURING A HOLIDAY PERIOD to find satisfaction, only to not get the answer you desire. People work on schedules maintained by their employer, not on YOUR schedule.

    I ask again, did you check your dashboard, in transactions showing who the gift was sent to? If you failed to double check during the order that the gift was/is going to the intended benefactor, then I suggest you pull up your big boy pants and simply reorder it and make TRIPLE SURE it will go to where it is intended, or will you need someone to hold your hand while doing that?
