Which continent are your sim and their sim on? Is it Zindra?

If it is, and thus if the sims are Adult  Rated, then you and your "anti whore house renters" constantly trying to get her closed down, *might* in fact be the "harassers".

If they are engaging in ADULT acts, where you're tenants can see (without the "I cammed up 3,9 km into their skybox and I was shocked to see what I expected to see when I chose to cam up 3.9 km..." style of AR), then file your AR derender their stuff, and leave it to the Governance Team.

Those "sky logos" designed to be visible on the World Map, are not an offence, and "Almost encroaching" on your land, again means NOTHING.

You cannot realistically AR somebody for having a skywriting sign advertising their business on their parcel on a different sim, if that sign is within their parcel boundries.

If that means you IM'd her and demanded she close her business, take down her sky advert, and somehow stop her customers from walking over the sim border, and threatening to AR her if she didn't... Then that might explain why it's degenerated into "Drama-Llama Time".

LL won't ban people just because you tell them to, over and over and over and over...

I believe you miss my entire point.  I don't care what she does on her land, I have no problem with any one running any kind of business.  I do have a problem with her staff coming to my SIM to use beds owned by my Residents, that is the reason for the BAN

@Ethan Paslong derender does not help in the renting buisiness, as you can neither derender for tenants nor potential tenants

@Lilliana Corleone do not send too many abuse reports, and be sure to include a pic of the insulting prim and wait for the AR to be enforced. Meanwhile you can try to put up a giant billboard sign advertising your business - but that always includes the risk of your neighbour moving the prim up above your billboard.... so no idea what you can do besides AR and wait (ARs take ages, maybe the investigating Linden gave your neighbour time to respond and remove it herself, who knows - they don't discuss their ideas with us...)

I have no problem with anyone doing what ever they please.  I do have an issue with her staff using my Residents Beds.  My Residents have an issue with it, they don't want to log on and see someone else using their beds... 

I have included the photos, I appreciate all Comments.  We started to put a large building next to them.

[Harassing Neighbor]

I have a neighbor who has decided to put up huge signs that tell me to kiss her Ass, she has my name on these Signs and my business name.  I own a Sim and half of land, she possibly owns the plot on the  SIM next to me.  She owns a Whore House, I own a rental community.  My Staff banned her and a few others from her establishment.  We have had complaints from residents in the past whom complain about Hookers from another SIM across from us using their Sex Beds.This same Resident has a huge logo high in the sky almost encroaching on my land.  She did have some items encroaching, and we sent them back. I have written at least 3 abuse reports, my spouse has also, with no intervention from the Lindens.  I am a resident for 12 Years, what happened to the days when an actual Linden visited and viewed the issue?  Not doing anything is allowing this idiot to do what ever they feel.  Also do I not have the right to BAN anyone I want from my SIM? Especially if they are not going to rent from me, I do not see this person renting from me, what I do believe is she would want to bother my Residents to go to her establishment. This I believe is her problem, I have tried to speak to her. So she pulls this crap to what try and force my hand it is freaking annoying.  I am about ready to just close my entire account, that's a pretty big monthly payment Linden labs will no longer receive if I do.  What is a Legacy Avatar to do?

If this is true, how does one go about doing that. I would like to read up on it, is there information posted somewhere? I have a lot of questions, hope I get some answers. LOL
