Due to unforeseen circumstances, I need to let go of my private region. Currently, there are rental house and paying residents that reside on the region and would like (if possible) for the next owner to keep these few individuals. I have cleared some land in order for the new owner to establish a house, or buildings. If needed, residents have been informed they may need to vacate if the new owner does not wish to rent. Current structures and houses can stay for the new owner if they wish.
