For Americans, healthcare is considered a luxury only the rich can afford to pay out of pocket.

No, here's what Americans believe: health care is a basic human right for everyone, not just those born here, because we believe (it says so right on our founding documents) that all people are created equal under the heavens, and so therefore, it makes no difference where you are in reality, we settled this long ago and it isn't up for renegotiation, nor will it ever be. If you presented to most Americans a truthful representation of the issues, they'd predominantly choose the socialist and compassionate option.

But it hardly stops there because we also participated in the founding of the United Nations, whose Universal Declaration of Human rights states the following:

This is very unambiguous and no sophistication is appropriate, suitable, fitting, or true here.  These two documents spell out clearly what it means to be a modern being participating in liberal democracies or constitutional republics. Woe be upon those who disrespect the rules of this world, but that's hardly my department.

In 2011 someone on the internet said "10 years ago we had Steve Jobs, Bob Hope, and Johnny Cash.  NOW WE HAVE NO JOBS, NO HOPE, AND NO CASH."

Today we're in 2021 and it's crazy how nothing much has changed.

No. Now, it's completely different world. We've been liberated and now we see right through the ruse. Now the superior validity of our spiritual worldviews have kicked the life-treasonous hard-right's groin pieces entirely right out of our home base reality altogether (regardless of where we may occasionally eventually need to sporadically commute for vocational field work) for all eternities forever like some grand slam home run.
