Are you using an MSI computer? I have this issue also and have not found a fix. I'm ready to buy a new pc at this point.

My mom just bought or rented an estate (idk proper term) and she added me as estate manager but I cant change the stream or access anything under About Land. Any particular reason why? I can do everything under Region/Estate but no dice in About Land. I really want to change the stream.
