  1. I wrote before that I was charged 3 times for the same item within 3 days. I need a refund I contacted support and still NO ANSWER I file a JIRA, still NO ANSWER Please someone help me, what else can I do?

  3. I think you should contact support and file a jira, this way they must refund you
  4. I have been charged at least 3 times for the very same item in two days, it means:L$8697. I am not sure if I was charged also at the begining of this month, becasue I receive this message, when I try to see page 3: So sorry to keep you waiting. We'll be right back! We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly. I contacted support, and they told they can't fix it, told me to file a JIRA, I did but I haven't received any answer. Please somebody help me.
  5. Hello, this happen to me too. I have one product since February in the same status and no I have some products that were supposed to charge 2 or 3 weeks ago... And as you know help center here is very effective I can't find where to report it.
