I am having a problem logging in my avatar with firestorm. I can log in other avatars with this viewer. I can log in my avatar with Phoenix, just firestorm is giving me the problem. I get the gray screen with the view chat and you have been logged out.

I am trying to find out where I can talk to someone with LL here and can't find it. Would like to know why my acct is being charged 5.00 a month.
