    Ich seh da leider derzeit auch keine Motivation dies kostenlos zu tun. Immerhin müssen wir ja auch für dies und jenes in Second Life bezahlen.. ob wir Land kaufen oder was auch immer.. Ich denke die Kritiker verlangen ja kein riesen Gehalt. Aber ein paar wenige L$ wären schon angebracht. Immerhin tut man ja was gutes und opfert seine Zeit. Von daher, lehne auch ich ab. Viel Glück mit dem Projekt.

    It is not agains the rules to name other forums. We had this topic some time ago and they banned me because I did mention SLUniverse. But after my complains about this bann, they did re-activate my forum account. Also because some others did help me.. so we had a discussion with the mods here about that sometime ago. There was a rebellion when they did bann everyone who posted a link to another reccource.. But I think today is everything ok. The topic is clear. its not forbidden to mention Second Life related reccources.

    I just can agree to all what the peoples said here. Dont waste your time on any job in Second Life. In fact the chance is pretty little that you will find someone who will pay you enough compared to the time you offer. There are business out there who pay good and fair! But the chance to find these business is very little. Otherwise be prepared to get much job offers where peoples expect you to work many hours but get payed less then you offer them.

    Um zurück auf dein Thema zu kommen. Und so sind wir auch bei der Natur..

    Hier hat ganz klar die Natur, der Politik ein Bein gestellt... Natürlich hab ichdas jetzt auch erstmal so gedeutet wie du im Eingangspost.

    Wobei ich jedoch gestehen muss, das ich es derzeit erstmal nebensächlich finde, was wer wie vorher gedacht hat und jetzt denkt mit den Gesetzen. Ich finde wir sollten schnell zu einer Lösung kommen, wie wir diese technologie ersetzen können.

    Auch ich war einst beführworter von Atomkraft. So schrecklich es für die Menschen jetzt in Japan ist.. hat mich dies gelehrt das diese Technik eben nicht so sicher scheint, wie sie uns verkauft wurde. Fernab von einer Naturkatastrophe scheint es mir nun auch nicht unmöglich solch eine Katastrophe z.B auch durch einen Terroranschlag in nicht erdbebengefärdeten Gebieten zu erleiden.

    Ich finde es gut das die jetzige Regierung sich dazu bekennt und dies ein Thema ist.

    Nicht gut finde ich, wenn man dies nun instrumentalisiert um Wahlkamp, Wählerstimmen oder Parteimachtgehabe durchführt. Siehe Sigmar Gabriel ala "Wir haben es doch immer gesagt".

    Er hat ja sicher recht.. aber die derzeitigen Geschehnisse zu nutzen um Machtkampf zu betreiben, find ich (entschuldigt mir das Wort) pervers.

    Man sollte nun  wie gesagt schnells möglich sehen, welche alternativen wir haben.. und diese dann auch nutzen oder aufbauen.

    Welche Partei es vorher besser wusste, das sollte erstmal nebensache sein. Wir müssen nun zu einer Lösung kommen und keinen Machtkampf auf dem Rücken der schlimmen Geschehnisse austragen.

    Das wünsche ich mir von unserer Politik. Und wer heute Mittag den Bundestag bei Phoenix gesehen hat, der stimmt mir sicher zu. Es geht da weniger um eine Lösung als das gegenseitige "bashen" wer recht hat oder hatte. Das ist höcht bedenklich in meinen Augen. Viel lieber hätte ich mir eine Schweigeminute für die Opfer gewünscht. Man sollte respekt bei diesem Thema haben und dies vermisse ich bei unseren Politiker leider in manchen Fällen.

    Wenn es ein richtiger Hardware Bann ist, dann bringt wohl auch das nix mehr. Denke einige Hardware Serials wie z.B von der Festplatte sind da mit einbezogen in dem Bann.

    Wie dem auch sei. Zudem bersteh ja auch ncoh die Frage, ob nicht evtl. sogar sein ganzer Account gespeert ist aus irgend einem "Fehlgrund... Vielleicht gab es da ein ungerechtfertigtes Ticket gegen ihn?

    Wie dem auch sei. Ich würd all das mit dem Support klären. Wird sicher eine Lösung geben.

    Ich denke Werbung in der eigenen Signatur ist völlig ok. Dies wurde ja auch oben geschrieben (LL).

    Die sache ist nur die... Ich denke man sollte nun nicht aufgrund des eigenen Banners in der Signatur denken, man könne in jedem x-beliebigen Thread ein zwei Worte rein schreiben um die Signatur zu plazieren. Das wäre auffällig und würde den Leuten als "spam" vorkommen.

    Ich denke es ist aber legitim wenn man sein Banner hinterlässt in Form einer Signatur, jedesmal wenn man etwas "sinnvoles" zum Thema beizutragen hat.

    Um auf die Kernfrage zu kommen:

    Ja.. Es ist wichtig als Creator, Designer oder what ever.. überall aktiv zu sein. Am besten mit einer Signatur. Eben unter der vorraussetzung man spamt nirgends sinnlose Post rein, wie oben beschrieben.

    Do Club Workers Make A Living in SL?

    2 years ago I had a good position in a club. I earned 1k L$ per hour. This is no joke. I think the estate and club owner had much money to spend the workers. It was a real great atmosphere there not only because the good lindens. The team, the place and indeed the the owners was just a funny community. It started to be not only a job.. I did make a good friendship with the clubowner later. Sadly she stopped to play SL but from time to time she is logging in to SL to say hello.

    As this was my first club job at this time.. I still can imagine when the club closed and I did try to find another club job.. what I noticed is that 80% of the clubs in SL do not spend a penny for the workers.. and then other 19% who give you maybe not more then 100L$ an hour. Oh well... there is still 1% over.. and Im sure this 1% are club owners like my very first club I worked in.

    So my answer is... sure there are clubs where you can earn a lot. But the chance to find them is the same if you would win a jackpot. I hope that peoples anyway have fun with what they do. I would say peoples earn a **bleep** in SL when they work in a club.

    Event promotion starts to be effective when the events are interesting and if the event holder or dj´s and what ever make a lot of friends because of that fact. I know some DJ´, singers or guitarits who have a real huge friendlist. They just call the full friendlist and those peoples drive in more traffic by the own friendlist. Something like viralmarketing.

    I also thing those groups arent effective these times as there are really only peoples who want to advertice. Same goes to product and service advertice groups

    My sales went up for low cost items on SLM.. I had better results with my high priced items on SLX.. So i would say I did earn more with SLX then with SLM. But its fun to see that my little items have some sales here at SLM.. lol.

    The overall earning is ok but I think the search on SLM is crazy bugged.. so it could be better. I still dont understand how SLM is sorting relevance of items.. I see often scary results in SLM search and I think its not correct.

    To come back to her suggestion...

    @LL: Would it be possible to get .csv export for these stats. I also thing that we can make great metrics out of it and I do not want to write it down by hand as I have more then 170 products in the list and it would be everytime outdates when more sales come trough.

     

    So CSV export is a must here. Please add the posibility to do it.
