Edit associated object list empty?

Hi

 

I have items in my magic box and linked to product listings, and that's all tested working and double checked.

However I want to update the associated items with product pages, when I click "Edit associated object" on the "Edit Item Listing" page an empty list loads. I have the same problem with all my product pages.

 

How can I fix this?

 

Edit: I have tested the page in multiple browsers, still no luck.

Use the Search box in the upper right corner, type in part of the name of the Object you are trying to find. It should appear. On the Manage Listings page, only the items shown in the Unassociated Inventory Items list at the top of the page will be listed and are eligible for inclusion on that list. If your Unassociated Inventory Items list is empty then you don't have anything that can be assigned to a listing.

I have the same problem, although the last time I edited and used the associated objects listing

was a couple of months ago, so at one time it did work.

 

And using the search to force an objects lists fails, as it still shows an empty list.

Is there a particular web browser that I should be using instead of Mozilla FireFox?

Did anyone figure this out?  Same problem here.

I have an "unassigned" item when I look at Manage Listings.  When I open the existing listing to change out the original product with the unassigned, updated one, it never finds it.

Any advice welcomed!
