  1. Hi I have items in my magic box and linked to product listings, and that's all tested working and double checked. However I want to update the associated items with product pages, when I click "Edit associated object" on the "Edit Item Listing" page an empty list loads. I have the same problem with all my product pages. How can I fix this? Edit: I have tested the page in multiple browsers, still no luck.

SO I thought it would be a good idea to rename my business to the url of the web community for my business , has anyone heard of anyone being banned for this, is it okay to do this? a long with such things as clicking a sign in the store would load the URL. example; my store logo would have the text fluffykittens.com as part of it my product objects would be named ex: fluffykittens.com | fluffy sweater. my items on the mp would be listed with the url as part of the name and the mp store itself would have the url as part of the name.

Regarding the stealing of mesh content, would the thief have to pay upload charges for whatever he steals and rezzes a copy of in world? as far as I know.. for prim content.. it doesn't cost anything for them to steal. someone suggested unique hashes for each mesh uploaded.. and blocking any more uploads by other users.. I don't think that would be a significant impediment because the thief could easily adjust the mesh data etc to give it a different hash.
  4. With mesh being released fairly soon, I would like as much info as possible about Avatar 2.0 (if indeed there is one) Will we still be stuck with Avatar 1.0 as a base standard for everyone? Anyone? :matte-motes-big-grin-wink:
  5. the power of the advanced exporter is that.. when it works.. it can import an entire scene such as that ant without having to follow those limits an advance (for example the demo ant uses NURBS) .. it cuts the scene into sculpts sl can handle and reassembles them all into the original scene (via scripts that run in world). right ? @guy railor: you need to read the wiki before posting again :matte-motes-big-grin-wink:

Hi I've created some sculpted cuffs for my outfit, they are textured and ready, I've attached them to my avatar whilst on a pose stand and have fitted them correctly, the problem is when I stand up from the pose stand - the prims are offset from my avatar by about 1 meter ? I have tried re attaching them as suggested by a friend but the offset issue remains.... ? on pose stand off pose stand:
  8. I have an nvidia GTX 460 graphics card, this card is still not recognized or supported by the latest 2.x viewer ? That's what it says when I start up this viewer I'm getting very mediocre performance compared with 1.x viewers and it seems enabling anti aliasing in this viewer does nothing.   9. He was on the same sim as me, I could access the upload menus, but he could not.

My friend can run the Kirstens Viewer S21(5+) (mesh support) builds without crashing at all and can view meshes properly etc, however he experiences constant crashing and the inability to move around at all with the 2-6-0-218701 Mesh Project Viewer. Also, he's able to use any other viewer besides this project mesh viewer for regular sl grids etc without issue... so it's definately just this new LL Mesh Project Viewer that is the problem. Any suggestions? From the help > about window.   11. This thread is for a friend who has the problem described below.. The upload model and model wizard options are missing in the build > upload menu (this TPV - kirstens viewer s21(5)+ supports mesh and mesh upload, I myself was able to access the upload model and model wizard dialogs within this same exact viewer) the same happens for him in the official mesh project viewer as well - Second_Life_2-6-0-218701

That's egregious indeed, I already knew how to set the caches to different locations and I'm doing that, however I currently cannot choose a different location for the entire "Roaming\SecondLife" directory, is this possible? I would do this to prevent viewers from interfering with each other/breaking each other.
  13. Same problem. Many meshes are not visible , ones that are have some walls etc missing. When I first tested mesh some months ago, there was some trick you had to do in the preferences to make the meshes render, I've forgotten what this is ?

Some issues I have: - After installing the Mesh Project viewer (Second_Life_2-6-0-218701_ProjectViewer-Mesh) all of my settings for all of my other viewers are wiped out. - When uninstalling said viewer it purges the contents of \Users\username\AppData\Roaming\SecondLife\ deleting everything.. including chat logs etc from all of my other viewers. Is there any way to stop mesh interfering with my other viewers in these ways? I'm unable to continue testing mesh if it interferes with my ability to run other viewers on the same system.
