Suggested Enhancements to the "Download CSV" link in the Reports > Orders report

As part of my ongoing thinking regarding the ANS system, I've been looking at the information provided by the Download CSV function on the Orders Report. As it stands now, there is not quite enough information provided in that CSV file to make the report fully useful on its own. Therefore I have created a New Feature JIRA that details the fields I would like to see added along with a description of each. For those that are not into setting up and managing a full ANS system, having the Download CSV file contain the added information suggested would make it much more useful for post-processing with a spreadsheet or even with a typical database.
