Welcome to Second Life Answers, ishezuishtar and congratulations on your happy news. :matte-motes-big-grin-wink:

The fact is though, it is Second Life, and you don't have to do anything.  If I'm right in thinking that you are pregnant by an OnDuty device, you can pop across to the Happy Birthday clinic at Jeongam sim and find out more from there.

http://slurl.com/secondlife/Jeongam/103/42/53  (this SLurl will take you there)

You can add more information to this thread by clicking on "options" at the top right hand corner of your original post and "edit".

As this is Second Life, it is all fictitious, and you won't find your avatar getting fat with a pregnancy, unless you choose to go and seek out a pregnancy HUD or new shape for your avatar (and there are many items available via the inworld searches or on Second Life Marketplace).  This is your choice, your roleplay, and you can stop it at any time, or take it as far as you choose to.

You should have received a notecard from the seller (Mama Alpha, Tummy Talker or whatever you purchased) with complete instructions.

Here's a link to a maternity guide in Second Life (it's free). The book discusses things like tummy talkers, pregnancy shapes and skins, pregnancy animation overriders, prim babies, maternity clinics, maternity clothes, you name it. There are even some cost saving tips for moms on a budget. The book also has a resource section in the back of the book to give you some places to start looking around for maternity items.

Let us know is it's a boy or a girl when you are done! :D
