I have a rendering error...

ERROR: llrender/llvertexbuffer.cpp(1876):VertexBuffer<class LLColor4U,6>::get:VertexBufferStrider could not find valid vertex data.

 

is what i get and the error says to go find the support group but i dont know when the last time ive seen something called "suppoirt group".

Maybe you are using Firestorm? If so there are support groups in-world so you can join. See following page.

When you ask a tech question include information about your computer. If the viewer will at least show the login screen, get the info from the viewer's Help-About... and paste that into your post with your question. To add your info to an existing question use OPTIONS->EDIT. It’s in the upper right of your post.

Without knowing which of the dozen or so viewer brands you are using its hard to say which support group to try.
