Second life viewer will not respond only get a black and grey screen

I downloaded Second life and when i open up the viewer i only get a black and grey screen and i can't shut it down unless iuse task manager and it says that the viewer isn't responding. Ok tried updating vid card driver and the i already have the most update driver here is the actually code i get when shutting down second life
