WANTED: Water parcel or waterfront in the 3,000 sqm range

Can't seem to find any anywhere.  I did however find one but can't seem to get a response. It was a 3,072sqm with 700 prims for only 700L a week.

 

So, I would like something very similar in that range/prims/price range.  Not looking for anything over 900L a week
