Looking to rent land

Hello I have a 8704 plot of main land I use for my breedables (like them or love them they are not going away) which is $40 tier I want a little bigger land but if I buy say a 2048 then ill be charged a higher tier so I was thinking about renting a plot for around 3750-4K L$ a week I would like around 2200 prims. If you have anything like this or if its just a silly idea to ask please let me know.

There are two other solutions:

Rent exactly the amount of tier you need from people who are in the business of renting it.  The way it works is that you have a group you own own the land, and make one of them a member, who donates tier.

Another way would be to make an alt to own part of the land or donate tier to a land-owning group.

You get a 10% tier bonus when a group owns and, which should, itself, help.
