Check transaction history:  Dashboard--Account--Transaction history  This will list if it was or was not delivered.  If it was search inventory.

Check Marketplace History.  Some marketplace deliverys can take up to 24 hours, Request Re-delivery from the merchant.  Check if their store has a redelivery kiosk to click.  Send notecard, or IM, to merchant with proof of payment and not of delivery and ask for redelivery.

Hello dylan. Normally you have to wait up to 24 hours. That what Linden Lab officially reports, although usually resident get their purchases after some seconds or minutes. If this time expires and you don't get your stuff, you have 2 options:

  1. Contact the merchant. Open your Dashboard --> Shopping --> Marketplace --> My Marketplace --> My account --> Order History --> If you see that your last purchases delivered means that the merchant got payed --> Take a copy of your last purchases (there you see the name of the merchant)--> Open your inventory --> create a New Notecard --> Paste there --> send the notecard to the merchant(s) describing what was happened and asking politely for redelivery.
  2. Contact support: If your purchased your stuff at Marketplace and if you don't get a reply by the merchant, you can submit Submit a ticket --> Marketplace category --> Failed Marketplace Delivery. Explain analytically what was happened, include the order number and the name(s) of the item(s) that failed to be delivered and wait for a reply.

Good luck.

I don't know what's going on either. Use Options > Edit  at the right of your post and explain exactly what happened. There is no reason for any 1000L limit to apply, it's just coincidence.

You'll have to contact the seller and ask for the item(s) you paid for and did not receive. It's best to do this via a notecard rather than an IM. Include details of the transaction which you can get from your Transaction History.

If you don't hear back from the seller, you can submit a ticket to Support under Marketplace Issues.
