I'd like to make it the best ever seen, and have all the build plans drawn up in a notecard already. The builder would have to be on an Insilico level of building, and it would be paid for. I've built 26 sims during the corporate heyday and many on this board have worked with me many times or at least seen some of my sim builds. You can stop by store in world to get a feel for my style and my level of detail. I'll be on in a few hours and would love to talk then. This would be something I would be very interested in doing.
