Phoenix Viewer: Why does my viewer crash when I edit appearance or an object I am wearing?

This is getting really frusterating. When I first logged on today everything was fine. I was able to change my shape or adjust objects that I was wearing. then all of the sudden Phoenix started crashing everytime I tried. 

 

Things tried:

Clearing Cache

Relogging

Restarting the computer

Hello Airika and welcome to SL Forums. Could be a temporal glitch which is possible to be resolved after a while. If you use Phoenix you can join in the group in world for live support called "Phoenix/Firestorm Viewer Support". Easily you find it using the search.

This is more of an addition to this question, rather than an answer.  

I have had this same issue for more than a month now and have also tried the full list from the previous and:

clean reinstall, and

asking in the Pheonix/Firestorm chat

So any help here would be so appreciated.
