Hello andrew. Open your dashboard (log in http://secondlife.com ) --> Account on the left --> Transaction History to see where your lindens gone. Maybe they are group liabilities. If so and you don't want to pay more, delete these groups. In V3 Menu Communicate --> Groups --> right click on the group you want --> Leave. For now, ask a friend to send you 5L$ and after you will be able to buy free stuff. If you haven't someone im me in world and i will send you some L$.
