How many frames can a standard standing pose be?
Stand animations change at 10,15,20,25, or 30 second intervals. I would suggest less than 10 fps for a hand made animation, and less than 15 fps for motion capture animations. That would work out to 100-150 frames, max, for a stand animation that is 10 seconds long.

In a chat animation should it be looped?
I think you mean typing animation, and yes, you should loop it.

How do I do a spin?
Turn the hips 360 degrees

Whats the norm on fps for walking or really any animation?
Max FPS is 30. I would suggest using as few frames as you need for the animation to look good. Generally, you never need more than 10 fps. The less frames and FPS you use, the faster the animation will load.

Priority what would be for a sit or a stand?
Sit should be priority 3, and a stand should be 1 or 2. Walks and runs should be 3. Turns are still broken and need priority 4 animations to overide the default. All other animations can be a 3 or a 4.
