Help...i have a problem when i am going to login. the platform of login is just a black screen that i cant tap into any character to login. I think it is a technical problem. i just tried every version in the download page but failed at last. Please help me!

If the screen that is black is suppose to look like this:

And it does Not, check your Internet Connection. If wireless, add a wire to your computer.

 

Try using and Older Viewer, or an alternate 3rd party Viewer download:

Check that the Drivers for your Computer's Graphic card are up to date:

Hello huangmian and welcome to SL Forums. It is a graphics problem. It would be helpful to post here your system's specs. Try if it is possible to set your performance to LOW under Menu Me --> Preferences in your log in screen and restart the viewer. If no possible, try to clear your browser's cache. If still the problem remains and you can't find a solution even with a different viewer, open a jira: https://jira.secondlife.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa --> Create issue  (on the right).
